There are two levels of participation to meet your recruiting needs: Platinum Exhibitor and Sponsor. Sponsorship of special events is also available for those seeking a higher profile visibility for their company.

Poster Judging
We welcome earth scientists of every technical expertise as Poster judges.  Poster judging will take place Monday evening 5-9 p.m. during the Icebreaker.  Poster judges that complete the judging forms are not considered additional company personnel.  Earth scientists interested in judging should commit their time to Bill Almon (william.almon@chevron.com).

Field Trips
Recruiters are welcome to accompany the students on the field trips and attend the short course on Monday. This is a great opportunity to see the students in a very informal teaching atmosphere. If you or any of your people are interested, please contact Amanda Beardsley (abeardsley@chevon.com).
